The short version. PDF Signer collects nothing about you. It has no account system, no analytics and no server of its own. Your documents, your signatures and even the names of your files stay on your phone, and the app works with your internet switched off.
1. Who is behind the app
PDF Signer is made by webstei, an independent developer based in Morocco. For anything in this policy, write to barichati0691@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
Nothing. There is no sign-up, no login, no email address, no name, no phone number, no advertising identifier and no usage analytics. We do not operate a server that the app talks to, so there is no place for your information to be sent even by accident.
3. Your documents
When you pick a PDF, the app copies it into its own private storage on your phone so it can work on it safely, and so that your original file is never at risk. Everything after that happens on the device: the page is drawn on your phone, your signature is placed on your phone, and the signed copy is written on your phone.
- Nothing is uploaded. Not the document, not a page image, not a thumbnail, not the file name.
- Your original file is never modified. Signing always produces a new, separate file.
- Working copies are temporary. The copy the app makes while you work is deleted automatically after about a week, and immediately if you clear the app's storage.
- The list of recent documents you see in the app is stored only on the phone.
4. Your signatures
A signature you draw, type or photograph is saved as an image file inside the app's private storage on your phone. It is not uploaded, not backed up to us, and not shared with anyone. Delete it in the app and the file is deleted. Uninstall the app and every signature goes with it.
5. Permissions

6. What we do not do
- We do not create a profile of you.
- We do not sell, rent or share any data, because we do not have any.
- We do not use cookies or trackers on this website. There is no analytics script on this page, and it loads no fonts or files from other companies.
- We do not send you notifications or marketing email.
- We do not read, scan or index the contents of your documents for any purpose, including improving the app.
7. Other companies
The app currently contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking libraries at all.
If advertising is ever added in a future version, it will be to keep the app free rather than to charge for it, and three things will happen first: this page will be updated to name the advertising provider and describe exactly what it collects, the Data safety section of the Google Play listing will be updated to match, and you will still be able to use every feature of the app. Your documents and signatures will remain off-limits to any such provider under all circumstances.
8. Children
PDF Signer is a document tool intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. Since it collects no information from anyone, it collects none from children either.
9. Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export or delete the personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to look up, hand over or erase.
Everything the app stores lives on your own device and is under your control at all times. To remove it: delete individual signatures and documents inside the app, or clear the app's storage in Android Settings, or uninstall the app, which removes all of it.
10. Security
Your files stay in the app's private storage area, which Android keeps separate from other apps. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no network traffic to intercept and no database of ours that could be breached. If you save or share a signed file to another app or service, that file is then covered by that service's own policy, not this one.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it, and any change that affects what the app collects will be described here before the version that makes the change is released.
